Birth is the most sacred and all encompassing rite of passage we can access. I am yours, in whatever way you, your baby and your family need.
Whom I serve
I serve ALL women, who wish to walk the path of motherhood. No matter what circumstances brought you to this place. I am available for home births to scheduled inductions. I value physiological undisturbed birth. And I trust you and your baby know the right birth for you. I bring a holistic, herbal and perinatal movement based approach to my clients. Blending eastern and western approaches to support the whole body, being and family unit.

This is a blended session typically virtual where we meet on zoom. Connect with your baby, chat & envision your desired birth. You receive ALL of your many birthing options within a one-page written plan. And a safe place to land.
Custom ceremony co-designed to honor your journey from Maiden to Mother. If local I am happy to attend and facilitate the day. If working remotely you will receive an outline for your ceremony.

My Philosophy
Women have birthed on earth from the beginning of time to its ends.
Birth is not a medical procedure. Birth is a threshold. A gate you must open and pass through to welcome your baby into physical form.
It is cosmic, daunting, excruciating, exhilarating and annihilating in the most glorious of ways. You quite literally are reborn on the day you birth your baby. You traverse the depths of your self, pain body and collective psyche. You crossover and transform in ways words cannot do justice.
It’s important to me to offer my services to the women and families who desire a doula and so I take medical and most other MAJOR health insurances.
I’m a DONA certified birth doula. DONA International (originally Doulas of North America) was founded in 1992 by five prominent perinatal and child health experts: Penny Simkin, Phyllis Klaus, and Annie Kennedy, alongside pediatricians Dr. Marshall Klaus and Dr. John H. Kennell.

I am a first time solo mom by choice with a little one under 1. I was where you are just a few months back.
I know the uncertainties, the discomfort, the restlessness as you wait. What it takes to grow bones and blood. I remember it all intimately. And I also what it is stretch and open as you push your baby into this world.
I have been deeply passionate about birth for many many years. I’ve known I was meant to be a mother for many more.
