I am yours, in whatever way you, your baby and your family needs.

I serve ALL women, who wish to walk the path of motherhood. No matter what circumstances brought you to this place. I am available for home births to scheduled inductions. I value physiological undisturbed birth. I bring a holistic, herbal and perinatal yoga based approach to my clients. Blending eastern and western approaches to support the whole body, being and family unit.

This is a blended session typically virtual where we connect, chat & envision your birth. You receive tips & wisdom & a safe place to land. Deep listening. Write mantras. Talk about options and child birth.
My Philosophy
Women have birthed on earth from the beginning of time to its ends.
Birth is not a medical procedure. Birth is a threshold. A gate you must open and pass through to meet your baby.
It is cosmic, daunting, excruciating, exhilarating and annihilating in the most glorious of ways. You quite literally are reborn on the day you birth your baby.
It’s important to me to offer my services to the moms who want a doula and so I take most major insurances.
I’m a DONA certified birth doula. DONA International (originally Doulas of North America) was founded in 1992 by five prominent perinatal and child health experts: Penny Simkin, Phyllis Klaus, and Annie Kennedy, alongside pediatricians Dr. Marshall Klaus and Dr. John H. Kennell.

I am a first time solo mom by choice with a little one who’s 6.5 months old. I was where you are just a few months back.
I know the uncertainties, the discomfort, the restlessness as you wait. What it takes to grow bones and blood. I remember it all intimately. And I also what it is stretch and open as you push your baby into this world.
I have been deeply passionate about birth for many many years. I’ve known I was meant to be a mother for many more.
